Unopened toys can come back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Opened boxes

If a toy is faulty, incomplete or unsafe we take it back opened, cover return postage, and refund or replace it. If it simply was not a hit, we need it unopened.

If we got it wrong

Wrong item or damaged in transit — our cost, always.

How to start one

Message us through the contact form with your order number. Refunds land on the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return arriving.
