These terms cover purchases from Nexory Retail, operated by Exact Sales LLC, registered in the United States.

Prices and currency

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies.

When an order is accepted

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when the order is dispatched. If we cannot fulfil an item we refund it rather than substitute it.

Age recommendations

Age guidance shown on a product is the manufacturer's where stated, and our editorial banding otherwise. See safety.

Liability

Our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
